Pesto

1 to 1.5oz - Arugula microgreen

1 to 1.5oz - Daikon Radish microgreen

4 Cloves of garlic

1/2 C Pine nuts

1/2 C Olive Oil

1/4 C Grated parmesan cheese

3/4 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

In medium heat sauté the garlic for 2 to 3mins. Turn off heat, add pine nuts. Wait until they turn light brown. Wash microgreens, add all ingredients to a mixer. Serves 4.
